Chronomancy is the science and art of fourth-dimensional time considered as a whole system where science is knowledge and art is practice. Evolutionary and moral survival demands that the Circumpolar Rainbow Bridge become a reality. And it can become a reality because of the breakthrough of human intelligence defined by the Law of Time. What the heliocentric world view of Kepler, Copernicus and Galileo was to medieval scholasticism, so the Law of Time is to the entire third-dimensional space science of the 12:60 mental world order. What makes the Law of Time so revolutionary is that it has actually given mathematical precision to the fourth-dimension, redefining time not as duration but as synchronic order. As such, our entire vision of reality as a species is reorganized and established at a higher harmonic and spiritually all-encompassing level, otherwise known as UR, the Universal Religion on Earth. The new fourth-dimensional science of Chronomancy is practiced by Chrononauts. A chrononaut is a student of the technology of fourth-dimensional time, which is also understood as the science and art of telepathy. The mastery of chronomancy furnishes the chrononaut with the goal of a new embodiment of human wisdom, the Earth Wizard. The budding science of chronomancy has for its first and most major aspiration the ejection, God Willing, of the Circumpolar Rainbow Bridge."

Here we have a possible reference to the time travelers breeding with our ancient forefathers. The chrononauts have stated that they did breed with us. They repeatedly say that they engaged in all sorts of genetic experiments with our species. Moses construction of the Ark of the Covenant that was to contain the Ten Commandments is reported in Exodus. Specific directions were given to Moses as to how and where the staves and rings were to be fitted and which particular alloy the metals were to be madefrom. Moses was warned several times not to make errors, with these detailed instructions. A slip-up did occur during the transporting of this ark. Uzzah grabbed hold of it when it shook and he fell dead on the spot, as if electrocuted. Some have attempted to reconstruct this Ark in modern times. The result is an electric generator producing several hundred volts of electricity. We could even see how the time travelers could have used this as a primitive form of transmitter. The gold plates could create a condenser that was charged by the golden crown. When we add to this a magnet in the form of the cherubim on the mercy seat, the basics of a communication system are established. Sparks flashing around the Ark have been described. In this way our chrononauts could keep in communication with Moses when the former were on board their ship and/or Moses was at a distance away from them. These would have been earlier time travelers (about 1,000 years from our future). The Mehebharete is an ancient Indian epic - the Mahabharata, is at least 5,000 years old. It describes flying machines (Vimanas) that used quicksilver and a great propulsive wind to fly to great heights and travel upward, downward, backward, and forward. These flying machines had 'an enormous ray which was as brilliant as the sun and made a noise like the thunder of a storm.'

The time travelers are not publicity hounds. They work in the background, assisting humankind in our scientific, philosophical and spiritual growth. These futuristic time voyagers are not perfect. Their experiments sometimes fail and the people they put their faith and energy behind sometimes disappoint them. Occasionally the time travelers are recorded in history and religious scriptures as gods. Mythology is full of references to these chrononauts - the apocryphal version of the Book of Enoch is not included in the official Old Testament. The oldest edition of this holy book was found in the Slavic countries around the tenth century A.D. Enoch describes two time travelers as follows: 'I received a visit from two men of very great height, such as I have never seen on Earth. And their faces shone like the sun, and their eyes were like two burning lamps. And fire shot forth from their lips. Their raiment looked like feathers. Their feet were purple, their eyes glistened more than the snow. They called me by my name.' Enoch later describes taking a trip and meeting the creator of the worlds. These time travelers explain how the Earth and the solar system were formed. For Enoch this trip took only a few days, but several centuries had elapsed on the Earth when he returned."
